1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and RushEarn ("RushEarn," "we," "us," or "our") governing the RushEarn application, website, offers, rewards, communications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract.
- You may maintain only one account unless RushEarn gives written permission otherwise.
- You must provide accurate, current information and promptly update it when it changes.
- You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity under your account.
- Services, offers, and payout options may be unavailable in certain countries, regions, or devices.
Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require identity, age, location, device, or account verification to protect the Services and meet legal or partner requirements.
3. Offers, tracking, and rewards
RushEarn displays opportunities provided by third-party partners. Each offer may include eligibility rules, milestones, deadlines, device requirements, first-time-user restrictions, geographic limits, and other conditions. You must review and follow the displayed requirements.
- Starting an offer does not guarantee a reward.
- Rewards depend on accurate tracking and partner validation of eligible completion.
- Rewards may remain pending while activity is reviewed.
- Duplicate, late, incomplete, returned, refunded, cancelled, or ineligible activity may not qualify.
- Advertised reward amounts, availability, and requirements may change before you begin an offer.
RushEarn may correct errors, reverse improperly credited rewards, or request supporting information. Screenshots or device records may help investigate a claim but do not by themselves guarantee credit.
4. Payouts and account balances
Approved rewards may be redeemed through methods shown in the Services, subject to minimum thresholds, availability, verification, processing time, fees disclosed before redemption, and applicable law. Payout options can vary by location and may be fulfilled by third parties.
RushEarn rewards are promotional credits, not bank deposits, stored value, legal tender, or an investment. They do not earn interest and are not transferable unless the Services expressly allow it. You are responsible for any taxes associated with rewards or payouts.
We may delay, deny, or reverse a payout when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, chargebacks, duplicate accounts, sanctions or legal compliance, partner reversals, technical errors, or violations of these Terms.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use bots, scripts, emulators, automation, click farms, VPNs or location spoofing to misrepresent eligibility, or other methods that manipulate tracking or rewards.
- Create duplicate or false accounts, share or sell accounts, impersonate another person, or submit false verification information.
- Interfere with security, reverse engineer non-public parts of the Services, exploit bugs, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Submit fraudulent support claims, falsify evidence, abuse refunds or chargebacks, or coordinate activity designed to obtain unearned rewards.
- Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive activity.
- Harass users, partners, or support personnel, or upload malicious code or content.
We may use automated and manual systems to identify suspicious activity. Attempts to evade enforcement are separate violations.
6. Third-party services
Offers, games, surveys, advertisements, sign-in providers, payment services, and external links may be operated by third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your interaction with them. RushEarn does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, products, security, decisions, or conduct.
A third party's presence in the Services is not an endorsement. Resolve purchase, game, subscription, or content issues with the responsible provider, while RushEarn support can assist with eligible reward-tracking questions.
7. Ownership and license
RushEarn and its licensors own the Services, including software, interfaces, branding, text, graphics, and other content, except for third-party materials. Subject to these Terms, RushEarn grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Services except as permitted by law or with written authorization. Feedback you provide may be used without restriction or compensation, while we will handle personal information under our Privacy Policy.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access, remove rewards, or reject payouts when we reasonably believe there is fraud, risk, legal exposure, prolonged inactivity, partner reversal, or a violation of these Terms.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal. Some provisions, including ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability, dispute terms, and obligations accrued before termination, survive termination.
9. Service disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." RushEarn disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not guarantee the availability of any offer, reward value, tracking event, payout method, partner, or earning amount. Technical failures, network conditions, device settings, partner systems, and eligibility decisions may affect the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RushEarn and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RushEarn's total liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the rewards paid to you through RushEarn during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD $100. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Disputes and applicable law
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact flycare1024@gmail.com with a written description of the dispute and requested resolution. We will attempt in good faith to resolve it informally.
These Terms are governed by laws applicable to the RushEarn service operator, excluding conflict-of-laws principles, while preserving any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Courts with lawful jurisdiction over the parties and dispute may hear unresolved claims. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using an eligible small-claims process.
12. Changes to the Services or Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services and may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Updated Terms apply from the effective date shown above. If you do not agree to an update, stop using the Services before it takes effect.
